Return Policy

 As we are a small locally owned business we can only accept returns if they still have all the original tags, and hygiene stickers attached, as all of our swim is made to order we pretty please express that your sizing is correct when you place your order! 

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of your delivery arriving.
  • The item must be unworn, undamaged and in it original packaging.
  • Please do not remove the hygiene liner and only try on swimwear over underwear for sanitary reasons.
  • We ask that you double and triple check your sizing and what colour you are wanting as I am sewing them just for you and I would love us both to be happy with our finished product!!

*Due to all our swimwear being made to order with limited fabrics, a return or exchange may not be available. Please email hello@veava.com.au for any further questions.


Shipping Info

We are Shipping WORLD WIDE! How CRAZY right?!

All of our packages are shipped through Australia Post. Tracking and express options are available, you should be able to select in check out. No tracking will be available at any stage, if you select no tracking option. 

All of our shipping is calculated at our checkout I would try to work it out for you here but I can't math.

UNFORATUNATELY IF YOU DO NOT PURCHASE TRACKING, YOUR ORDER CANNOT BE TRACKED. Any lost orders without tracking are unable to be located. The customer is responsible for any lost items by not choosing to purchase tracking, but shoot us a message if there are any concerns, we here to help chickies. x

VEAVA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR COUNTRIES CUSTOMS SYSTEM. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible if you get charged extra to collect your parcel :)

Who makes the Swimwear?

I DO! All of our swimwear is made in house by me on my trusty sewing machine, I have put blood, sweat and tears (Literally tears, that's my bad) into all of the swimwear I have made and I'm quite sure there will be more from where that has come from!
